Embroidered Products: Shipping and Return Policy 

Currently, the store only has rates for orders being delivered within Canada.

 

If you're interested in having an item delivered outside of Canada, please feel free to contact Emily directly. 
 
Rates for shipping are calculated at the checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the order.
 
Embroidered designs are made by Emily and shipped out from Vancouver Island, where as all other items in the store are printed and shipped out from Montreal.
 
Expected processing time for Embroidery orders is 24-48, and when shipped out you will be notified via email.
 
For orders containing anything other than embroidery, feel free to take a look at the shipping delivery timelines for those below. As all the other items are not pre-made, and are printed upon ordering, there is a longer processing and delivery time.
 
  • If you have both embroidery and other items in your order, you will get separate notifications for the embroidery shipment and the shipment of the other items once those have been processed.

  • Please keep in mind that embroidered artwork is hand-made, and as such the artwork delivered may vary slightly from the image on the product page. Emily does her best to make sure that designs are the same each time she re-makes them, but due to the nature of being made by hand there may be some slight variations.

  • For any other issues related to the embroidered artwork, please feel free to contact Emily to discuss a return. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase of the original order pending proof of payment. 

    Printed Products: Art of Where Shipping and Return Policy

    Estimated turn around time for products from Art of Where:

     

    Products enter production after the 12 hour cancellation period. Art of Where works Monday to Friday and is closed on weekends and all Canadian holidays. All production and shipping times are in business days and do not include days that they are closed.

    Please add the expected shipping time to the production time to know approximately when your product will arrive. For transit interruptions due to weather or instances beyond their control, please check the service alert pages for Canada Post for Canadian shipments.

    The production company is located in Montreal, Canada.

    Canadian Orders ship with Canada Post Expedited with tracking and can be upgraded to UPS or XpressPost if needed. Small packages like single notebooks or device cases ship with a stamp. Email us for upgrades and rates. 

     

    Expected Delivery Timeframes 

    Canada

    Orders for Canadian customers normally take 2-8 business days to arrive.

    Shipping to Eastern Provinces takes about 3-4 business days and shipping to Western provinces can take 4-7 business days. Shipping to Ontario is usually 1-2 days. Remote locations can take up to 15-20 days.

     

    Art of Where's Return Policy


    Custom printed orders are non-refundable. If there is an issue with your order, Art of Where will be happy to work with you to come to a solution. Please refer to their terms and conditions to see if the issue falls into their allowable range. Since all of their items are handmade, there may be variations between or even within an order.

    Items are not returnable due to sizing issues. Since all garments are printed and made-to-order, they cannot replace/remake a garment that was not ordered in the correct size. Please choose the correct size by referring to our measurement charts.

    In order to resolve cases, they must be contacted within a reasonable amount of time from the product shipping date. For any issue regarding an order, they must be contacted with 10 days of the ship date for Canadian orders or they may not be able to help resolve the issue.

    If there is an error with your order or if there are any changes you wish to make after your order has been placed, they require that you contact them within 8hrs of the order being placed or by the following business day if the order was placed over the weekend.

    In an effort to reduce the impact of returned products, ArtofWhere reserves the right to donate or recycle any returned or undelivered items as deemed appropriate in its sole discretion.

    When contacting them with an issue, please be sure to include photos for their reference. You may contact ArtofWhere with your pictures and comments.

    All returns are handled on a case by case basis. In most cases, Art of Where does not cover the shipping cost of a returned item. Returns must be received within 30 days.
